• Check In: 3:00 P.M.

• Quiet Time after 11:00 PM
• Deposit Required , $60.00 p/p

• Child (4-11 yrs.) 1/2 Price
• Baby thru 3 years No Charge
• No Pets
• All Prices Plus Tax.
• Minimum 2 night stay required for accommodations on weekends. (Does not apply to concert series events)
• Cancellation policy Summer Season; 7 days advance notice less a $20 per person cancellation fee. 
  • No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
• Cancellation policy Concert Nights ;All sales final...NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
  • For all concert series events, payment in full at time of reservation
• All rates and packages will have a 5% service charge added.
• Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
