Our second Wedding Package has been put together to simplify your Wedding Ceremonies. We provide you with a lovely place to hold the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and your reception. Our package also includes lodging for your wedding guests.

The Wildwood Wedding Package B includes the following:

Wildwood Springs Lodge and Grounds
Rehearsal Dinner for up to 35 Guests*
Lodging for up to 35 Guests the Night of the Rehearsal
Breakfast the morning of the Wedding for up to 35 Guests
Dinner for up to 100 Guests after the Wedding**
Lodging for up to 100 Guests, Wedding Night
Breakfast the following morning for up to 100 Guests

This is our off season wedding package. In this package we will be providing a beautiful place to hold your wedding ceremony. It will also include a place to hold your wedding reception. This package also includes additional dinners that can be purchased separately. This package does not include any lodging but the guest houses can be used if available at their normal prices.

The Wildwood Wedding Package C includes the following:

A place to hold the wedding
A place to hold the reception

Clubhouse sleeps 6 (with use of hot tub): $325 per night
Cottage Sleeps 2 (with use of hot tub @clubhouse): $125 per night
Annex sleeps 7 (directly across from lodge): $200
Easterday sleeps 4(about a mile from lodge): $150 per night
Spring House sleeps 2 (right by Easterday): $125 per night
Farm Haven sleeps 10 (about 10 miles from lodge: $200 per night

Our fourth wedding package has been put together to simplify your wedding day at a lower price. The beautiful and romantic Clubhouse is the stage for your day to remember. Our package also includes additional dinners and breakfasts for your wedding guests, if chosen to redeem, at normal dining room rates.

The Wildwood Wedding Package D includes the following:

Wildwood Springs Lodge's Cottage and Clubhouse
Lodging for up to 8 guests the night of the rehearsal
Lodging for up to 8 guests the night of the wedding

**Up to 35 dinner guests may be added on the day of wedding, if you choose to eat dinner.

1. The Lodge: Wildwood agrees to rent out the whole lodge and grounds for ceremonies and/or receptions based on availability and time. The Lodge is open between the months of May and September. Wildwood also recommends making reservations at least 9 months in advance.
   
   
2. Food & Beverages: Wildwood is the only licensee authorized to sell, serve and distribute any food or beverages on the property. Outside food is not allowed to be brought in, with the exception of the Wedding Cake. For this reason, Wildwood's chefs have prepared different meal packages. These are priced and attached along with the guidelines.
   
   Wildwood will not provide any utensils or servers for the Wedding Cake. Wildwood will also not provide any servers or glassware for the Champaign. The Wedding Party is welcomed to bring in their own Champaign or they may order it through Wildwood.
   
   
3. Bar: Wildwood is the only licensee authorized to sell or distribute any liquor on the property. All Missouri State Liquor laws will be enforced. A bartender will be provided. The party has the option of having an open for 3 hours or cash bar. The bar will close at or before 1:00 am.
   
   
4. Parking: Guests will be able to park in our circle or side parking lots. The side parking lots are determined by the gravel. There is parking for up to 100 cars. Cars will not be allowed to park on the sod or in the street.
   
   
5. Lodging: Up to 100 guests will be allowed to stay at Wildwood the night after the event. If the event is during our regular season (Memorial Weekend - Labor Day), guests will be welcomed to stay longer, however they will need to make their own reservations. Breakfast will also be provided the following morning for 100 guests.
   
   
6. Deposit and Cancellation: When making the reservation there will be a deposit of 25%. There will be another 25% deposit 3 months prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within one month from the date the deposit will be non-refundable. If the event is cancelled prior to one month before the event, there will be a refund of one-third the deposit.
   
   
7. Decorations: All signs and banners will need approval by our Wedding Director. Any signs or banners requiring nails, tacks, screws, or tape will not be permitted. Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
   The wedding party is responsible for collecting and removing any decorations they wish to keep right after the reception. That night after the event, Wildwood staff will clean up and will not be responsible for the loss of any decorations.
   
   
8. Guarantees: The final attendance number must be specified one week prior to the event. This number will be considered a guarantee and will not be subject to reduction. If there is an increase in the attendance, Wildwood will try it's best to accommodate for the extra guests. Dinner will be served for the guaranteed amount.
   Contract questions will also need to be filled out one week in advance.
   
   
9. Security/Losses: Wildwood assumes no responsibility to the damage or loss of material or equipment.
   
   
10. Cleaning Fees / Damages: Wildwood Springs Lodge reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if more than a standard cleanup is required. We also reserve the right to charge for the damages that occur during the event. There will be a disposal charge, if any boxes or packaging is left.
    
    
11. Miscellaneous: Wildwood reserves the right to enforce a Quiet Time no later than 2 am.
